One popular method of finding foreclosures is thorugh asset managemnet companies who assist lenders with the disposal of assets. Thereore, many of the organizations provide listings on their website of the asset properties that they represent. Additionally, the government often forecloses on different types of properties. Therefore, there are a number of agency websites that contain this inforamtion.

Finally, although a basic search method, perusing the local newspaper will list a variety of foreclosures. Part of the foreclosure process is the Notice of Sale be published in the newspaper. Therefore, business journals and papesr always contain notices for trustee sales in the Public Notice section.
